Below are the answers to the most frequently-asked questions of the Pitney Bowes Brand Ink & Toner Program.

Q. Will using Pitney Bowes brand ink and toner cartridges in my printer, fax or multi-function device void the manufacturer's warranty?
A. No, it is a violation of federal law (The US Clay Act and Sherman Act, Canada Competition Act and other statutes) for a manufacturer to void a warranty for using a properly remanufactured toner cartridge. Our Full Protection Warranty* also protects all customer equipment for one year against any damage that may occur as a direct result of using a Pitney Bowes brand cartridge.

Q. With which office equipment are your ink and toner compatible?
A. Pitney Bowes brand ink and toner supplies are compatible with all leading inkjet and laserjet printers, fax machines and multi-function devices, including Brother, Canon, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark and Imagistics.

Q. How will I benefit from switching to Pitney Bowes brand ink and toner?
A. You?ll save up to 65% on the leading manufacturers' brands while receiving the same print quality, yield and cartridge life.

Q. How can Pitney Bowes offer such savings?
A. We use the same ink and toner as the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The only difference is that we use remanufactured cartridges to keep our costs low. In addition, remanufactured cartridges help save the environment by reducing both landfill waste and the energy used to produce new cartridges.

Q. How do I return a defective cartridge?
A. Contact your local Pitney Bowes sales representative or the Pitney Bowes Supply Line at 800-299-7308 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address. You must clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of all cartridges being returned.

Q. How can I order Pitney Bowes brand ink and toner products?
A. You can order online, by fax, or by phone with your local sales rep or the Pitney Bowes Supply Line. We can also integrate with most e-procurement systems and can work with third parties, such as Staples, if required.

Q. How does your cartridge recycling program work? How much will it cost my company?
A. Our Ink & Toner Cartridge Recycling Program is available at no cost to your company, and we handle the entire process. Simply place your used ink and toner cartridges in recycling boxes provided by Pitney Bowes and use the prepaid return label to ship them to our recycling facility.

Q. Do Pitney Bowes brand ink and toner products comply with government recycling mandates?
A. Yes, they meet the requirements of the EPA's Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as well as Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Executive Order 13423.
